Information requests are handled through the website’s contact forms. These forms process only the following data: first and last name, phone number, email address, and message. Once validated, the form is automatically transmitted to the Solea Motors email address.
The data processed through the forms is strictly confidential and enables the company to manage customer relationship follow-up.
It is possible that the data may also be used to allow the company to send newsletters. These newsletters will always include a clear and functional unsubscribe link.
Customer information may be stored digitally and/or in paper format.
